I just came back from seeing "Lars and the real girl" starring Ryan Gosling. I know the movie came out in like 2007 but it's only recently that it started showing in movie theaters around here (don't ask me why). I've raved about the cast of Zhang Ji Zhong's production of Heavenly Sword and Dragon Saber before and how some of the actors are just perfect for their roles. This morning I checked out the thread at SPCnet.tv and was surprised to see Liu Shi Shi cast as The Yellow Robed Laby. Not that it's a bad thing but all three newspapers I've read today has had articles about Gossip Girl (it premieres in Sweden tonight). One of the newspaper (either Metro or Punkt SE, can't remember which) named Gossip Girl as the first television success that lacks the actual ratings, which feels pretty true considering how much attention it's ( Read more... )
